Our Vision

I like to think I'm a pretty creative person - mainly because I like to create (I built this website myself).  I also like to be around other creative people.  Entrepreneurs tend to be creative people, so I represent them.  This allows me to be around creative people and to help them move forward with the plans they've conceived in their imaginations.



My main goal in starting The Gosz Professional Limited Company was to provide legal services to individuals and small businesses who felt forgotten by larger law firms.  I hope to be able to provide the services my clients require, the accessibility they desire, and the fee structures that enable them to get what they need and want.



Sometimes, a great idea needs someone to facilitate its implementation.  That's why we help people form business entities and draft the documents needed to ensure the business has direction and governance in order to thrive.



At other times, people and businesses may run into problems.  That's why we represent individuals and businesses in both civil litigation and criminal cases.  Whether you've been sued or need to sue, or been arrested, we want to help you solve the problem efficiently and move on to bigger and better things.



I'm probably a little different from what most people expect in a lawyer.  I hope you agree with me that that's probably a good thing.  I get excited at the prospect of trying to solve a novel or complicated problem.  I also want to solve each problem as efficiently as possible, while bringing to bear all of my creativity in problem solving.  To me, it's not about the billable hour - it's about solving problems, resolving disputes, and either putting my clients on a path to be successful or removing obstacles from their paths.
