Flexible Fee Arrangements

Many firms that represent businesses in corporate matters and litigation bill their clients by the hour.  We offer hourly billing to our clients as well; however, we also understand that the billable hour does not work for some of our clients and potential clients.  For that reason, we offer alternatives to the billable hour, including flat fees, task based fees, and set fees for each stage of the representation.  We try our best to make our services available to those who need them.  If you would like more information on available billing arrangements for a particular matter, please contact us.
